How long does my order take to ship?

We generally make to order so please allow additional time for you items to arrive. If they are ready to ship we will send in 1-2 business days. If they need to be made or printed please allow an additional 14 days for production & handling.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes we can ship internationally. If you would like a shipping estimate please get in touch before placing your order.

What is your return policy? 

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so if for some reason you aren’t please get in touch as soon as you receive your order and we’ll do our best to sort it out. If your product is faulty we can offer a refund or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange based on change of mind.
